Description
Dichroic filters split the light into two segments. One segment is transmitted, the other is reflected. Dichroic filters enable a rigorous transition at the cut-off frequencies. Narrow dielectric coatings are used and as a result there is a low absorption rate. Due to the increased reflection, the parts are more durable.
